3098624 - Lumira Documents fail to schedule to PDF when SAML is configured for OpenDocument


  • Lumira Documents fail to schedule to PDF with the error message: "Scheduling failed either due to being timed out or due to problems with the document. Please check Adaptive Job server and Lumira server logs for more details."

  • The issue occurs only when SAML is configured and a IDP (Identity Provider) login page appears when accessing OpenDocument URL. When SAML is disabled for OpenDocument both Lumira Designer and Discovery documents successfully schedule to PDF.
