3096425 - Performance issues when accessing BackOffice or CMSCockpit

Symptom

When using BackOffice, it either:

  • takes a long time to respond
  • shows access errors, even with correct credentials
  • shows 50X HTTP errors (500, 502, 503)


In Kibana: the exception org.zkoss.zk.ui.UiException is logged with localizedMessage and/or message You cannot access components belong to other desktop:

In Dynatrace: Services > Hybris Backoffice (/backoffice) > View dynamic requests > Failure rate > HTTP errors > View details of 5xx errors

Reasons for failed requests: org.zkoss.zk.ui.UiException / You cannot access components belong to other desktop


For older versions of Hybris, this can also happen with CMSCockpit.
