3096037 - IS CURRENT USER feature is ignored in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Further to a system Restore by Ops team the option "IS CURRENT USER" (set in the role  filter) does no longer retrieve the user value that exists in the Person Responsible column in the dimension XXX. This used to work correctly before OPS team restored the model.

The workaround is to directly put the user name without passing by the option "IS CURRENT USER".

SAP Analytics Cloud 2021.14.10

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the role assigned to the user
  2. Set the write access filter to:  <dimension>.responsible.ISCurrentUser()
  3. Open the story
  4. The user see an empty story table
  5. Change the write access filter to: <dimension>.responsible  = <User Name>
  6. Open the story again
  7. The user can see the story table with correct values
