Symptom

  • If multiple Transaction types are selected as search criteria in the same SM_CRM Incident search, then not all status schemas and status values are displayed in the status field.
  • Only the status schema for the first selected Transaction type is displayed in the status field when using multiple Transaction types as search criteria in an SM_CRM Incident search.
