3093640 - Mashup Port Binding for Contracts Account under Utilities not Working or not Available

When you try to use a Mashup with Port Binding for Contracts Account, the same is not possible

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Contract Account workcenter
2. Open any Contract Account
3. Go to facet Details
4. Click on hyperlink with your Mashup
5. Nothing happens

 It is not possible to add URL Mashups to Utilities screens with port binding.

 This would be a new enhancement / change request.
