3093078 - "503 Service unavailable" when accessing the SYSTEMDB through internal HANA Web Dispatcher

Symptom

A "503 Service unavailable" page is displayed when trying to access the SYSTEMDB through the internal HANA Web Dispatcher.

Access to the tenant DB works.

The "webdispatcher.ini" file does not have a "wdisp/system_X" parameter for the SYSTEMDB, although it can be seen through the HANA Studio (under "webdispatcher.ini" -> "profile") and the Web Dispatcher service has already been restarted.
