After the 1H 2021 release, when a manager change is triggered via the SFAPI/OData API integration, we are finding that in some cases, performance forms are not transferring to the new manager.
Today, administrators can identify blocked DTCE (Document Transfer and Change Engine) jobs through the Check Tool – available in Admin Center. Although a “Quick Fix” is available when DTCE jobs are blocked, this particular “Quick Fix” is not resolving the transfer issue that’s triggered when manager change occurs via SF API integration.
