3091148 - Candidate not Visible in Dashboard - Onboarding

When hiring a candidate from RCM the new hire is not appearing in dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Not valid username/email entered for the candidate. Some special character not valid was entered.

For the candidate username/email entered can not have a special character.

Please use the following character types: ['a' to 'z', 'A' to 'Z', '0' to '9', '-', '_', '.', '@']
