3090396 - Bounced and failed emails from SAP Litmos.

Symptom

  • Admin reports that users are not receiving emails  from Litmos;

  • Admin received the following message while try to reset password for user and trigger email:
        "An error has occurred and the email to this address bounced back".

  • When checking emails category from the activity dashboard, the admin sees emails that have a note delivered status and contain an error or failure message.
