Symptom

  • The user is unable to launch EPM Add-in report(s) from BPF , opening the report(s) from EPM Add-in directly works as expected.
  • Refreshing the EPM Add-in report leads to the following error:

            EPM - General error

            Error in RefreshSheet

            Details:

            The execution of the report  xxxxx failed. Please contact your administrator.

            500 Connection Timed out.
