3089538 - Welcome email not triggered when restarted before New Hire Data Review - Onboarding

Symptom

Candidate was restarted before completing the New Hire Data review, and Welcome email was not triggered.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding - All Versions.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiated the Onboarding from RCM
  2. Candidate Landed in ONB Dashboard, New Hire Data review.
  3. Restart the Onboarding when candidate is in New Hire Data review step.
  4. Complete the New Hire Data Review ( Post restarting the onboarding)
  5. Welcome Email ((ONB) External User Welcome Message Trigger) email notification not triggered.

Engineering Team is internally working on a fix. We will update the KBA once the Patch or fix date is updated.
