Customer is currently experiencing The request to E-Verify web service has failed with the following error(s): CASE_STATUS_CONFLICT: Case is not in the correct state for this operation. Due to this error customer is not being able to move forward with the candidate's Onboarding Process.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Onboarding > Work Queue
- Then, go to E-verify process
- Search for the affected user
- After that, pick the candidate's activity under Initial Verification step.
There was an issue on the sync of SuccessFactors and E-verify
Please "Refresh Data from E-Verify Service" on view at glance page of this activity. This will solve the case.
