3084719 - User Defined Error message_text is hidden if exception is thrown in HANA 2.0

Symptom

Problem with user defined exceptions in Hana 2.0 but it is working in Hana 1.0. For example:
When using multiple user defined exceptions in one procedure, the message_text is hidden when both exceptions are used in one if statement.
On HANA 2.0, the first procedure "test_sqlexception1" does not show the content of the message_text when called. The second procedure "test_sqlexception2" however shows the message. In the second procedure there is a simple select instead of a signal of a different exception - this is the only difference.

The error message you might also come across is

Could not execute 'call test_sqlexception2()' in 172 ms 436 µs .
SAP DBTech JDBC: [10177]: user-defined error: "SYSTEM"."TEST_SQLEXCEPTION2": line 11 col 3 (at pos 291): SQLEXCEPTION TEXT TESTING test_sqlexception

On HANA 1.0, both procedures show the same output when called.
