3081744 - There are data synchronization issues between records stored in the "accounts" and "emailAccounts" tables within SAP Customer Data Cloud for the same site or site group

Symptom

Data returned from the accounts.getAccountInfo and/or accounts.search REST API endpoints shows one (or more) of the following:

  • "UID" value between records in the "emailAccounts" table and "accounts" table sharing the same "profile.email" value does not match
  • "profile.email" value between records in the "emailAccounts" table and "accounts" table with the same "UID" value does not match
  • record in "emailAccounts" table is marked as "hasFullAccount=true but no matching record can be found in the "accounts" table
