Customer receive the error "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support" when trying to open manage data storage

Reproducing the Issue
- log in to the instance
- search for Manage Data Storage and open it
- error message received similar to:
An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId = 2ce488ab-a2a3-4b5e-81d7-999be4c6df53, timestamp = 2021-07-27T09: 49: 10.197-0400, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.
"Admin Center -> Company System and Logo Settings -> Data Retention Management " is not enabled.
Enable "Admin Center -> Company System and Logo Settings -> Data Retention Management "
- The Engineering team is working to improve customer experience to avoid this error message to come up
- They are working to have this behaviour modified so that the error message is not coming up when "Data Retention Management" is not enable
- Currently the expected target for this enhancement is 2H 2021 release (b2111). Please note this date could change, follow this KBA for further update
