3076681 - Error "SOCKS5 command failed with status: FORBIDDEN" occurs in connectivity test to On-permise FTP server

Symptom

When you do connectivity test between SAP Cloud Integration (Cloud Foundry environment) and On-permise FTP server, you receive the following error:
java.net.SocketException: SOCKS5 command failed with status: FORBIDDEN

The error only occurs when you tick "Check Directory Access".
