3073296 - The user cannot login to Identity Authentication after sync job in Identity Provisioning

Symptom

After syncing the user from SAP SuccessFactors to Identity Authentication using Identity Provisioning, the user cannot login to Identity Authentication tenant as well as receiving reset password email.


The Identity Authentication Troubleshooting log shows the following error:
