- Customer is performing a new installation of the Enhanced Communication Framework (ECF) Virtual Unit (VU)
- ECF Agent VU does not activate
- In IA, the node for the VU goes from green to yellow! then to red x
- The website is not reachable
- The ECF logs captured the following errors:
- Failed to initialize connector [Connector[HTTP/1.1-80]] org.apache.catalina.LifecycleException: Protocol handler initialization failed
- The same error could also be referencing another port which is not port 80
