When you manage substitution rules for My Inbox application, you observe unexpected errors in Manage My Substitutes screen which lead to improper behavior of the substitution view.
You have configured a separate tile for managing substitution rules in My Inbox or you have triggered browser refresh after you have accessed the “Manage My Substitutes” view from within the My Inbox tile.
