3067176 - Unique constraint violation on most AbstractCMSComponent items on Azure DB when unique attribute value contains special characters causes duplicates creation.

UniqueAttributesInterceptor doesn't work properly when unique attribute value contains special characters. It allows duplication when unique attribute contains characters like "[" etc.

In CCv2 environments in backoffice there is possibility to add items with the same unique id (like code or uid etc) within the same catalogversion.
If the unique attribute doesn't contain special signs then the issue doesn't show up and there is an error from UniqueAttributesInterceptor, but if there are special signs then there is no error and UniqueAttributesInterceptor allows to create such duplicated item.
