3065612 - Firmed procurement proposal is not taken into account by MRP splitting quota


After running MRP for the material which uses splitting quota, the new procurement proposals does not take the already firmed procurement proposals into account. In this case, MRP will generate new procurement proposals splitting into all suppliers again.
