3065234 - Employee Status "Active" not getting propagated to future record on return to work from LOA.

Symptom

An employee is on a leave of absence,  Insert a new record above this LOA record, for example a data change record(Status get propagated from LOA record).

Now fill the actual return date (pass a date before the start date of job change record) and observe that employee still in LOA status and not yet active.
