Reproducing the Issue
- Login in the SF instance > Search by Purge Monitor
- Check the purge request you are concerned about it > You realized that the status of the purge is as Processing purge more than two hours
At the moment the purge was running an internal job was restarted and this made the purge request fail in our back end.
Our Engineering Team is planning to apply improvements on 2H 2111. This improvement will enhancent:
The functionally of the DRTM tool to continue to work even if an internal job be restarted.
Workaround available in meantime:
Create a new purge request manually.
