3063177 - "Unable to load data" error in SAP WorkZone for HR

Symptom

"Unable to load data" is displayed when accessing SAP SuccessFactors content into SAP WorkZone for HR.

The following exception is displayed when checking the SAP WorkZone logs:

GET request to /dynamic_dest/SuccessFactors_API/odata/v2/User/$metadata completed with status 500 Retrieving of OAuthToken failed due to the following reason: Cannot determine user to propagate for OAuth2SAMLBearerAssertion destination. Either provide user_token JWT token (https://docs.cloudfoundry.org/api/uaa/version/4.7.1/index.html#user-token-grant) when retrieving the destination or configure it with SystemUser.,"...","...","ERROR"
