3061915 - Splitted load reports SQL0104N on create of temporary Db2 table

Symptom

You're performing an import using the splitted load option and seeing the following error reported.
=======================================================================================
A2 ETSK 005 Starting import for object "VVSCPOS" of type "table" #20210316074259
A1 EDMP 003 Export data is unsorted.
A1 EFLD 017 Table VVSCPOS is no virtual table.
A1 EFLD 016 Temporary table VVSCPOS_SPLITTED_LOAD_3643148620 for split load processing did not yet exist.
A1EEIMP 008 Task failed with error: (DBS) 'DBInitFastload' failed
A1EEIMP 008 (DB6) Failed to create temporary table VVSCPOS_SPLITTED_LOAD_3643148620 for split load processing.
A1EEIMP 008
A1EEIMP 008 (DB6) SQL Code:      -104
A1EEIMP 008 (DB6) Message text:  SQL0104N  An unexpected token "YES" was found following "SCPOS" IN   COMPRESS".  Expected tokens may include:  "END-OF-STATEMENT".  SQLSTATE=42601
A1EEIMP 008 (DB6) SQL statement: CREATE TABLE "VVSCPOS_SPLITTED_LOAD_3643148620" LIKE "VVSCPOS" IN   COMPRESS YES
=======================================================================================

Load Options are:
-stop_on_error -loadprocedure fast SPLITTED_LOAD:COMPRESS_ADAPTIVE_ALL:DEF_CR

However, when the following load options are used the import works.
-stop_on_error -loadprocedure fast LOAD:COMPRESS_ADAPTIVE_ALL:DEF_CRT

Furthermore, it seems only create of partitioned tables are affected by this.  Non-partitioned tables get created without issue.
