3060924 - Unable to join OB Campaign after upgrading to FP16.100

Symptom

  • After upgrading to FP16.100, agents are unable to join an active OB Campaign
  • In CDT, the message "OB Campaigns: Agent removed - Calling time for campaign has not started" 
  • CEM Logs:
    • ERR> [EXC] : PDC: Unexpected exception in checking campaigns: module 'Env' has no attribute 'c_ENV' : 'no_raise': 1
