Incorrect result after doing a Custom Sort for Account in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)



Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.2.19

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the customer problematic story. The story is based on a model contains Hierarchy enabled Account. And there is a table which contains this Account in the story.
  2. Select the Account, define a custom order.
  3. In the custom order, change order for some members in the same hierarchy.
  4. Check the result, find other hierarchy members order was changed unexpected. These hierarchies data are now in middle of the members of other hierarchy.

Cause
