When launching performance forms, and using Job Classification mapped to the role, the forms for some specific roles do not pull the competencies.
- SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder
- SuccessFactors Performance Management
Competencies mapped to the roles should display in the Performance Forms, even when using Job Classification instead of Job Code, given that the job classification is properly mapped to the Job Code.
However, if Job Classification has two sets of parenthesis in it's name (one in the name and one for the job code) this will cause the forms to not pull the competencies. An example of such Job Classification would be:
"Test Job Classification (IT Department) (123456)"
