3055701 - [Onboarding]New Hire Data Review Tile is not available in the dashboard | Onboarding

Symptom

After onboarding is initiated, the hiring manager collects the information, reviews the data, and adds a new hire task.

But NHDR Tile is not triggered.

Reproducing the Issue

Initiate candidate from RCM

Now you can Proxy as Manager.

There is NHDR Tile is not available in the Manager Dashboard.

Cause

Configuration Issue

Resolution

Go to Configure Business Rule

Search the Rule name as SAP_ONB2_ HMReviewCheck

Now You can make the changes and you can set up the system to always create the task to correct the New Hire data by configuring the SAP_ONB2_ HMReviewCheck rule to "True".
