a. A standard assessment configuration starts with the derived assessment field.

b. Defining the derived field assessment, gives you the following field in the requisition with 4 subsections: Status, Vendor, Assessment, and Email Template.

  • Status is the pipeline status where the assessment will be automatically triggered.
  • Vendor is the vendor's name activated in the vendor's list. See Supported Vendors.
  • Assessment is the assessment package name.
  • Email Template is the chosen email template from the Manage Recruiting Email Templates that will be sent out to the candidate when the assessment is triggered. 

c. When the candidates land on the status defined in the Assessment field's Status section it automatically triggers assessment and creates an entry in the
