When accessing Manage Center of Capabilities, Competencies/Library page keeps loading or show "No Data".
However, Libraries and Competencies are available in Manage Data.

Reproducing the Issue
- Set permissions to Manage Center of Capabilities, following the instructions in the Help Portal
- Go to Admin Center > Manage Center of Capabilities
- See that it is loading, or no competencies display:
This is a known issue, which is currently under investigation by our Engineering Team. The article will be updated once there is a fix date.
As a workaround, at provisioning, clear the MDF Cache and run the Job "MDF Object Definition to DB SYNC".
Since is only available through the provisioning, engage your Implementation Partner.
However, if you are no longer working with a Partner, the Product Support can proceed with this request.
