KUT field is not available for binding in the form template.

Data connection refresh issue.
1. Download the affected form template: "Administrator" > "Form template maintenance"
2. Zip file is downloaded. Extract the same
3. Open the form template in Adobe livecycle designer
4. In the "Data view" tab, right click on "Data connection" > Click and select "Connection properties"
5. Click on Next
6. Select the XML Schema file - and select the "Mainschema.XSD" file ( downloaded and extracted in Step 2)
7. Click on Finish
Ensure the binding path for KUT field is set now.
Save the template and upload the same to Form template maintenance.
