3051462 - App Predicted Delivery Delay does not display all data


Several fields within app Predicted Delivery Delay are not displaying any data, such as; Predicted Delay of Delivery Creation, Predicted Delay of Delivery Processing and Overall Predicted Delivery Delay Status.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the Lauchpad with role SAP_BR_INTERNAL_SALES_REP assigned
  2. Under the Business Group 'Sales Order Monitoring', select tile 'Predicted Delivery Delay'
  3. Set the relevant filter and press [Go]
  4. Notice that several fields contain the value 'Not Predicted'.


 To display the predicted values, the prediction must be enabled by using an active version of the default model in the predefined predictive scenarios.


To display the predicted values, you must:

  1. Enable prediction by using an active version of the default model in the predefined predictive scenario for predicted delivery creation delay (PRDTDELIVCRTNDELAY) and predicted delivery processing delay (PRDTDDELIVPROCGDELAY).
  2. Create a model version by training the model using the Predictive Models app.
  3. If training is successful, review the model matrix.
  4. If satisfied, apply the version that you want by setting it as the active version.
  5. If the model version has not been activated or there is no apply data, the app displays the overall status not predicted, and the predicted value is also not predicted.
