Entering the description of a search value will result into message “Member does not exist” or the “wrong” value will be shown.
Reproducing the Issue
Enter a value in the in the variable prompt screen.
Material ID = 173
Material description = TestMaterial1
Example 1: Entering the ID of the search value
The ID will no longer be visible, and the description will be displayed. This is the expected behavior; the dialog will always show the text description and not the ID.
Example 2: Entering the full description "TestMaterial1"
There is no ID = TestMaterial1 available so you will not get a result.
Example 3: Entering part of the description "Test
The first ID including Test will be taken. See F4 help:
The value entered in the search field will be used to search within the IDs and not the description.
Enter the ID of the search value and not the description or use the F4 help.
