The following error appears, 30 minutes after working with Story report:
"Failed to create the query. Please contact your administrator."

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the instance
- Navigate to Reporting
- Click on 'New' to create a Story report OR click on the three dots to the right of the existing Story report > Edit
- Work with this Story report for 30 minutes
- "Failed to create the query. Please contact your administrator." appears after preforming an action
This error happens after 30 minutes due to a request that is happening to SAC server for a new token to hold the session.
This is not a functional issue as the error only appears once. We can try performing the same action again and the error will not appear again.
This is a known issue, which the SAC Engineering team is aware and they are currently working on the fix.
We will keep this KBA updated on the status of the fix.
If you notice that the Story does not wanna work at all after 30 minutes and the error keeps on happening multiple times, then please open a case to the LOD-SF-ANA-SAC-FWK component.
