This KBA provides information about how you can create a report containing all the items from the Manage Employees. The same method can be used for Email Queue and the Audit Trail.

Creating the report is actually more simple than we think. Please, follow the steps below:
- Log into your system.
- Under the Onboarding Dashboard, select "Settings".
- Go to the "Manage Employee" tab.
- When the items appear, please, don't select any of them. Click directly on the option "To Excel", as shown below:
- An Excel file will be downloaded. Opening it, you will see that all the items will be there.
Note: It's possible that a message pops up on your screen saying the "0 records selected". This is expected, because you are not selecting any records, but that doesn't mean that the file is empty.
