The error "A technical error occurred due to security key mismatch. Please contact your system administrator" appears when saving any of the following portlets:
- Job Information
- Job Relationship Information
- Personal Information
- Biographical Information
- National ID Information
- Home Address Information
- Work Permit Information
For this error to occur, the attachment field is greyed out and users are unable to upload attachments to the impacted portlet even though they have the permissions.
