Test emails scheduled using content studio are not being delivered

Reproducing the Issue
- Open email in Content Studio
- Send test email
The email setting for 'Send Multipart Email' is not checked and hence the email might go to the SPAM folder.
- Check the option 'Send Multipart Email' under settings tab for the email.
- If this checkbox field is selected, the system generates and sends a text-only version of the marketing email in addition to the HTML version. The marketing email therefore consists of two parts.
- The objective here is to reduce the likelihood that the emails are classified as spam by the email service providers or email programs.
