Symptom

When view the story in SAC mobile which has custom order applied, notice that the custom order is not working.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.2.15

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Login to customer tenant and open the story in the SAC mobile.
  2. Notice that the custom order is not applied to the story, which is working fine in the web browser on the laptop.

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation by development.
