3037138 - [ONB 2.0] PDC Application Error due to PhoneInfo/EmailInfo

Symptom

You get an application error when you submit the PDC step as an external user. The application error may not arise when you change the Phone / EmailInfo details. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

Reproducing the Issue

  • Login as the external candidate and complete the PDC Step
  • Once all the details are filled, you click on submit. You will see an application error pop up
  • If you change the details in Phone Information/Email Information, the application error does not occur

Cause

  • Unique Constraint Error in NHDR and PDC for PhoneInfo, EmailInfo, Social Account Info, National ID


Resolution

  • Workaround: If you encounter the application error caused due to Phone Information / Email Information details, kindly delete the existing phone number/Email Information details and re-enter the same details before submitting the PDC step.
