3035275 - AS Java - Guest has no permission - Best Practices to handle such cases

Symptom

During some software logistic process, you face an error that the user GUEST or J2EE_GUEST has no permission to perform the operational task. See example exceptions:

Principal: Guest (authentication method: unknown)

javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: User: Guest has not permission: vpName: default, type: queue, action: consumer, destination: JobQueue

javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: The username: Guest has not permission: vpName: default, type: queue, action: produce, destination

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied

Also you can see that those users are locked and you want to know the background of this state.
