3033746 - Is it possible to highlight fields from background elements?

You would like to know if it is possible to highlight a field from a background element. 

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors  Employee Profile

Currently it is not possible to highlight fields from background elements. 

If you would like to have this possibility in the product you can open an enhancement request following the KBA 2090228.
