This KBA provides information about one of the possible causes for the Tile to be missing.

Reproducing the Issue
- Log into your Instance
- Open the Home Page e check that the tile " Onboarding Tasks" is missing.
The user that is expecting to see the tile doesn't have any candidate carrying his/her name in the OCI as ManagerID.
Activities will show in the tile-based upon the OnboardingCandidateInfo object under the tool "Manage Data".
The ManagerID controls to whom the activity will show on the Onboarding Tasks Tile. Therefore, the user needs to be appearing as ManagerID of the candidate in the OCI to be able to see it.
To resolve it:
- You can manually update the ManagerID in the OCI of the candidate with the ID of the user: 2419074 - Manually Updating the OnboardingCandidateInfo Object in Onboarding
- To only enable the tile, you can create a test candidate to carry the ID of the user as ManagerID in the OCI.
