3031335 - Mass Offer Approval - Resume cannot be downloaded on a offer which is pending approval

When using Mass Offer approval to approve or decline an offer, the resume field is not clickable and cannot be downloaded. The resume can be downloaded from legacy offer approval.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Offer Approvals.

2. Choose mass offer approvals and choose a candidate whose offer is pending.

3. Try to click the resume and you will see it is not clickable/downloadable.

The engineering team have identified the code fix for this and it will be part of the b2105 release. This will be made available to preview environments on April 16 and to production environments on May 21.
