What is the meaning of the transaction types in the LMS finance functionality?

While we are working with product management to get this information added to the help portal in the B2105 release, we can share these with you. 

The Financial transactions types are as below, These will be added in SAP help portal in the B2105 releases

Admin actions:
REGISTER – Admin registers user in Class>Registrations tab
Cancel Refund – Admin cancels or removes user in Class>Registrations tab
Ad-hoc Refund the Refund – Admin issues line item refund after user cancelled
Ad-hoc Refund the Refund – Admin issues order level refund (internal or external)
Ad-hoc Refund the Refund -Admin issues line item refund for online item
Ad-hoc Refund the Charge-Admin removes a previously issued refund (line item or order level)
Adjust Charge – Admin changes the charge after Class is closed
REGISTER -Purchase of reserved seat via admin Class>Seat Reservations tab
Adjust Refund – Admin changes seat reservation order, this reverses original REGISTER charge
Adjust Refund – Admin changes the final unit price on order screen, this reverses original REGISTER charge
Adjust Charge – Admin changes seat reservation order, this creates transaction for new charge
Adjust Charge – Admin changes the final unit price on order screen, this creates transaction for new charge
Adjust Refund – Admin splits cost, this reverses previous REGISTER or ALLOCATE CHARGE transaction
Adjust Charge – Admin splits cost, this creates a transaction for the new charge.
CLOSE CLASS– Admin closes a Class
Chargeback - Realized Cost – Admin closes a Class with delivery costs

External User
PURCHASE  - External user purchases online item
PURCHASE - External user purchases seat in class and online
PURCHASE – External user purchases seat in class with chargeback
Credit Card Pending – External user purchases seat in Class and is on the waitlist

Internal User
REGISTER – Internal user registers for seat in class
PURCHASE - Internal user purchases online

Cancel Charge – NOT USED ANYMORE
