An attachment added prior to the CE2102 release is now only visible in the Manage Business Partner Master Data and Maintain Business Partner Master Data App and is not visible in the Manage Customer/Supplier Master Data Apps

Reproducing the Issue
As per symptom
As documented in the Business Partner Attachments documentation on the Help portal, with the CE2102 release the attachment logic was enhanced so that documents can now be added per level of the Business Partner. This means for example if a Business Partner has Customer and Supplier roles, that documents can now be added at the Customer level of the Business Partner and would only be visible in the Manage Customer Master Data app and in the Manage Business Partner Master Data app in the Customer facet. They would not be visible in Manage Supplier Master Data App or in the Supplier facet of the Manage Business Partner Master Data app for the business partner. Attachments are therefore associated at appropriate levels.
Any documents which had been added prior to CE2102 will now be visible at the Business Partner level only. This is because no distinction of which level the document was related to was possible prior to CE2102
