3027770 - How to maintain C/O field in Maintain Business Partner app

Symptom

C/O field cannot be seen in Maintain Business Partner app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Maintain Business Partner app.
  2. Select a business partner.
  3. Go to Address section.
  4. Cannot see C/O field in Street Address.

Cause

C/O field is not maintained for the business partner which you would like to check.

Resolution

  1. Open Maintain Business Partner app.
  2. Select a business partner.
  3. Click Switch Between Display and Change button to change the BP to edit mode.
  4. Click the button at the end of Street Address.button.png
  5. Maintain C/O field.
