In the maintenance plan for type as Cyclical and condition as Time Based, the field Consider Ticket Resolved On Date is greyed out.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Installed Base work center.
Go to the Maintenance Plan view.
Search and open maintenance plan MPL (where MPL represent the maintenance plan id, which is cyclical and time based).
Open maintenance plan MPL and go to the Ticket Template facet.
Click on the edit button.
You can see the field Consider Ticket Resolved On Date is non-editable.
Once the maintenance plan is active or complete, system does not allow you to change this field.Since maintenance plan MPL is in active status, the field Consider Ticket Resolved On Date is not editable.
It is not possible to edit field Consider Ticket Resolved On Date for an active maintenance plan is an expected system behavior.
