3023297 - FC web sites not accessible after a SP/patch installation on Windows server 2016 annd higher:-FC

Symptom

FC web sites ( Administration console, legacy and HTML5) do not work and application pool crashes.

The following error is displayed on Windows event viewer each time trying to access any FC web site:
