3023053 - Custom Fields Data are not saved in the Purchase Requisitions Apps

After the upgrade to 2102 S4HC  you fill custom fields in the  Purchase requisition Apps , however they don´t  get updated in the PR.

Customer Fields are filled. After pressing save these fields are no captured and they remain empty

Regression Issue 

The root cause is already identified and  the correction will be delivered in next HFC03  Hotfix - 4500011581 planned for 2oth-21st of February
